Privacy notice
Last updated: 13 July 2026
This notice explains how Acrobatic Ltd (“we”, “us”), the data controller, handles your information when you use myaivisibility at myaivisibility.co.uk. myaivisibility is a trading name of Acrobatic Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 05466845), registered office 83 Masbro Road, London W14 0LR. Our guiding principle is minimal retention: we keep only what we need to deliver your result and invoice you.
What we collect
- Snapshot details: the business name, location, website URL and email you enter to run a free snapshot.
- Audit inputs: the details you confirm when buying a full audit, including your delivery email and any specialisms.
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To run your snapshot and show you the result on screen — our legitimate interest in providing the service you asked for.
- To generate, deliver and invoice your full audit — to perform our contract with you.
- To follow up with you about your result — our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to a business we have engaged with.
- To send you marketing emails (tips and related services) — only with your consent, given by opting in. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations — to comply with a legal obligation.
What we keep, and for how long
- Your email and the business you entered are retained so we can follow up, together with whether you opted in to marketing. We keep these only for as long as they remain relevant — in practice until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them — and we review the list periodically, removing contacts we no longer have a reason to keep.
- Billing records are held by Stripe as our payment processor and system of record, and retained for six years as required by UK tax and accounting law.
- Audit inputs are deleted once your report is delivered.
- Your PDF report is stored for seven days only — solely so we can re-send it if delivery fails — then automatically deleted.
- We do not keep an account, dashboard, or history of your audits.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies — set by our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) to secure the free snapshot against abuse. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (security and short-term report storage), Modal (compute), and the AI platforms we query on your behalf (OpenAI, Anthropic and Google). Each processes data only on our instructions. We don't sell your data.
Where your data is processed
Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK GDPR — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or a provider's certification under the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If we contacted you first
If you received an email from us without having used the site, we obtained your business name and publicly listed business email address from business directories. We process this under our legitimate interest in offering a directly relevant service to your practice; we identify ourselves fully in every message; and you can opt out at any time by replying “stop” or contacting us. Our written legitimate-interest assessment is available on request.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; ask us to transfer data you gave us (data portability); and, where our processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at [email protected].
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk — though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
