Terms of service

These terms govern your use of myaivisibility (myaivisibility.co.uk), operated by Acrobatic Ltd, and your purchase of the AI Visibility Full Audit. By using the site or buying an audit, you agree to them.

Business customers only. We sell to businesses, not to consumers. By buying an audit you confirm you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business or profession, and not as a consumer, so consumer cancellation rights (including the distance-selling cooling-off period) do not apply.

The service

We assess how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini) respond to buyer-intent questions relevant to your trade and area, and provide a report and recommendations. The free snapshot is an indicative, in-browser result. The full audit is a fixed-price PDF report delivered by email.

What the audit is — and isn't

• Our findings reflect a point in time. AI assistants change their answers, and your visibility will vary over time.
• Recommendations are advisory. We can't guarantee any specific ranking, mention, or business outcome.
• We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any AI platform we query.
• Some parts of the report are produced by reading your website (the technical readability checks and the suggested copy rewrites). If your site's security or bot-protection declines our automated access, those parts may be limited or omitted; the rest of the audit is unaffected.

Price and payment

A single Full Audit is £200 excluding VAT, payable by card via Stripe. You can also buy a bundle of audits at a reduced price (£350 for 2, £450 for 3, £500 for 4, each excluding VAT), and multi-audit bundles include single-use redemption codes for the additional audits. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

VAT

Acrobatic Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom under registration number GB 864 1026 41. Every price quoted on this site excludes VAT. UK VAT at the standard rate of 20% is added at checkout, so a single Full Audit is £200 + £40 VAT = £240 payable.

A VAT invoice showing our registration number and the VAT charged is issued automatically for every purchase and emailed to you by Stripe. If you are registered for VAT you may be able to reclaim the VAT charged as input tax, subject to your own circumstances.

Bundles and redemption codes

A bundle of several audits entitles you to that number of audits in total: the first is run from your purchase, and the remaining audits are claimed using the single-use codes we send with your report. Each code is valid for one audit, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is redeemed at myaivisibility.co.uk/redeem.

Delivery

Reports are generated automatically and emailed shortly after payment. If delivery fails, we retry and, if needed, re-send from our seven-day grace copy. If we still can't deliver, we'll resolve it with you directly.

Refunds

Each report is produced specifically for you and delivered immediately, and — as a business purchase — is not subject to a statutory cooling-off period. If we fail to deliver, or something is wrong on our side, contact us and we'll put it right or refund you. Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — including attempting to overload it, circumvent abuse controls on the free snapshot, or resell the reports without permission.

Intellectual property

We own all intellectual property in the audit, the report and the site. On payment, we grant you a licence to use your report for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the report, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Liability

These terms are for business customers. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss of profit, business or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site or buy an audit.
